Supported Scales

MetriXFreight is compatible with a wide range of industrial scales from manufacturers including Bizerba, GRAM, Mettler Toledo, Ravas, and Rhewa. The ideal scale depends on the MetriXFreight system in use and your specific operational requirements. Below is an overview of scale integration per system.

S140

The S140 uses a scale with a special plate embedded into the system. Our recommended scale is the GRAM Xtrem F2-50:

  • Capacity: 50 kg
  • Resolution: 1 g
  • Platform size: 500 × 400 mm

L13x

The L13x supports integration with a standard weighing scale or your existing scale infrastructure, including conveyor belt weighing scales.

L23x

The L23x is typically paired with floor scales. Scale selection depends on your operational requirements — typical package weight, maximum load, and required measurement accuracy (e.g., ±2 kg or ±5 kg). Our recommended floor scale is the Bizerba iL Economy 4000F/MP:

  • Capacity: 3,000 kg (e = 1 kg)
  • Resolution: 1 kg
  • Platform size: 1,500 × 1,500 mm

We also support forklift weighing scales, such as the Ravas iForks-32:

  • Capacity: 2,500 / 3,000 / 5,000 kg
  • Resolution: 1–2 kg (multirange)
  • Fork height: 58 mm

L63x

The L63x is designed for measuring large shipments. Weight integration is possible.

Weighing Terminal

Some scale configurations require a separate weighing terminal, For example the iS20, which must be configured individually per installation. In all other cases, scale integration is handled through the MetriX Device Server, configured by Metrilus during system setup.
