Set Baud Rate for Datalogic PBT 95XX / PBT 96XX Scanners

If the scanner is running in native RS-232 mode, the default baud rate is 115200. The default baud rate used by Rusty Devices is 9600, which is not compatible with the default setting of the Datalogic scanner
