Floor anchors are needed for
- L230 / L235 Gate version
- L230 / L235 V-shape version
- Floor scales, especially when used with floor ramps
The systems are anchored to the floor using base plates.
For both the Gate and V-shape version 2 base plates are used.
Typically, it is recommended to use at least 3 screws per base plate. A L230 V-Shape version would thus need at least 6 screws in total. (2 base plates x 3 screws)
You can use as many of the holes for anchoring the plate to the warehouse floor as you need. This will depend on the floor type and concrete thickness.
The customer is responsible for the anchoring in the ground.
Either he performs the anchoring himself or he provides documentation where the floor anchoring can be installed.
Additionally, it is the customer's responsibility to install a suitable collision protection system to safeguard the structure from any potential damage.
